Titanium Wood Rings 30-Day Warranty
All ring returns will be honored up to 30 days after delivery. Note that custom designed orders not in our catalog cannot be refunded.
We are happy to refund or exchange rings that are returned in original condition. Please be aware that rings that have been altered in any way by the customer will not be accepted for returns.
If you plan to order a selection of rings to see which you prefer and then return the unwanted rings, please call us to order instead of ordering online. Our very helpful, experienced staff will assist you over the phone to get you the samples you want in time. We understand that ordering a ring online can make people feel apprehensive, so we are always glad to answer your questions before, during, and after your purchase with us.
Instructions: How To Return Rings
For a ring that needs refinishing or engraving, include a letter with:
- your return address
- phone number
- full description of reason for return
- engraving (if any)
- $15 for return shipping
If resizing is required, please also include $25 as Titanium cannot be resized and requires us to make you a new ring.
When returning one or more rings via USPS or Fedex, please use a large flat rate cardboard envelope insured for the full value of the rings being returned and get a tracking number for your records.
Do not use a regular paper envelope, as the ring will rip out when the envelope goes through the carrier conveyor belt during shipping.
